This facial toner is ideal for use after your cleanser and before your moisturizer morning and night to help remove those last traces of dirt and makeup from your skin. How to use: morning and night, after cleansing, apply generously to a cotton pad. Wipe the pad all around the face. For best results, follow with our hydrating light moisturizer.
